crispy-japanese-rice-balls-recipe-easy-cheese-stuffed

This rice ball recipe is not only delicious but can also be quite beneficial for your health. The boiled chicken provides the body with high-quality protein that helps strengthen muscles, while the rice is a good source of quick energy. Adding vegetables like cabbage and green cilantro boosts its essential vitamins and fiber content, which is beneficial for digestion. Additionally, the use of cheese provides calcium for the bones of both children and adults. If you want to make it even healthier, you can air-fry or bake it in a little oil instead of deep-frying, making it an energy-packed, perfectly balanced snack.
